Anyone else scared of eating because of heartburn?

I literally can not eat anything! I can’t even drink water or eat food that doesn’t cause heartburn because everything I mean everything cause heartburn, I’ve tried tums all over the counter for heartburn and  nothing works. I feel like I’m going to starve myself cause I’m scared of eating and feeling very uncomfortable 😢 sometimes I wake up with a heartburn even if I haven’t ate anything yet I have 2 more months to go and idk how I’m going to deal with this

I have it bad too. I know it’s freakin gonna make me throw up during labor too 🙄 ugh. 
I’m taking Pepcid at night and it helps. I liked the menthol Zantac but of course that’s not on the shelves anymore.

Omg me!! I won't eat past 4 because I just can't the heartburn keeps me up all night and man it's fierce!! The antacids don't help. I've been sleeping sitting up in a lazy boy chair for like a week

Talk to your doctor about it. There’s some medications they can prescribe if it’s really bad which in your case it sounds like it is.

I had awful heartburn when I stopped taking my prescription for morning sickness! I ended up going back on them, and at 28 weeks am still taking diclectin. It made a huge difference for me. 
My midwife also suggested nat phos tissue salts which can be purchased from a health food store. I was wary of it at first but pleasantly surprised by how well it works. 
For some reason almonds also seem to help!

I feel your pain. When I was pregnant with my son I had heartburn all day everyday. Water gave me heartburn.  I slept sitting up for 6 months.  
It went away literally immediately after I gave birth if that gives you any hope. 
You can take Zantac, it didn’t help me much though.
