Building immune system

I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask on here as well as mom groups: how to build your child’s immune system?! Any tips or tricks. Any parents that have struggled with a child that seems to get sick a lot. Isaac is mainly ear infections and colds but now it seems like he’s catching everything that goes around unfortunately. If it’s not one thing it’s another. I feel so bad and just want him to be as healthy as possible.
