Heavy bleeding after shower?..

Right after I get out of the shower I pass allot of blood clots and have really heavy bleeding. Does anyone else have this too? I have PCOS so this is also my 22nd day on my period. I haven’t had one in 4 months so it’s back with full force. 😅
