Anyone can relate with answers?

Question

So I had my anatomy scan within the time frame. I was told everything was looked good I was told to come back in 4 wks or so for a follow up to check my uterus. So I had my appt today they said everything was fine. But now they want me to come back when I am 32 wks to make sure everything still looks fine. Has any of you has multiple ultrasounds after being told everything was fine? Or have any of you had multiple ultrasounds and found any problems?

This is the first time I had so many ultrasounds. I did that scan for Down syndrome and birth defect. After that the anatomy one . Now this one and I have another one at 33 wks . I’m just wondering if they’re are not telling me the whole truth or what but I will surely ask my dr because this is weird to me. Plus I have to have another glucose test after being told that everything was fine with that. But this is also my first time going to this dr so I don’t know if she does all her patients like this or what

They usually do a scan in the third trimester if not multiple ones. It all depends on the office! Starting at 28 weeks i start going to the dr every 2 weeks. Then at 32/34 weeks, once a week until i give birth. I had my anatomy at 20 weeks, then a ton of dopplers up to now (27w4d). Some prefer scans to better see how baby is doing as well as positioning.

If your insurance allows for multiple ultrasounds, they're probably just using that benefit. 
In my first pregnancy I went every 4 weeks because of worry about marginal cord insertion and his growth.
In my second I got one at 12w, one at 20w, and then not again after that. 
I would just ask your Dr why you're going every 4w.
