help pls!!!

So yesterday I took a Tylenol Pm extra strength (I only took one) because I have been stress and crying and wasn’t getting any sleep & on top of that I work 8hr night shift. Google told me it was safe to take but then a friend of mine told me no so i’m scared now .... I thought all Tylenol was good during pregnancy?
