TTC while breastfeeding. no period.

@ moms who are/were TTC while breastfeeding exclusively (no period).

I am exclusively nursing my 8 month old baby. My period is showing no signs of returning, from what I can tell.

What did you do to increase your chances of ovulating, and getting pregnant while BF? How many times a week/month did you track your ovulation/LH levels (with ovulation tests) when you have zero idea when you're going to ovulate, if you are even going to?

I do not want to stop breastfeeding to conceive, but we only have this year to become pregnant.

Advice? Tips? Similar stories?
