Anyone diagnosed with IUGR?

I went for an ultrasound at 32.6 weeks and was told she is a little small but its ok they just want to check again in two weeks. She was on the 12th percentile. 
Today at 34.6 weeks she is below the 5th percentile, she should have gained 300g and only gained 100g. 
Placenta bloodflow and oxygen are good said the radiologist
My Dr is on holiday until Monday and I am so scared. The radiologist gave me an appointment for next week for an other scan. I have a Doctor's appoitment on Thursday next week but i am going to call him first thing Monday morning. 
I am just thinking if the radiologist thought it was very bad he would have sent me to the maternity ward straight away...

I had IUGR in my first pregnancy. It’s basically just more monitoring. I went in twice a week - once at my regular obgyn and once at the hospital high risk obgyn for a US and for that movement monitor (forget what it’s called). My baby’s abdomen was measuring the smallest, her head and legs were just a little behind. I had to be induced at 39 weeks because they kept telling me it’s more dangerous to carry any longer even though my placenta and blood flow was normal. I had a really terrible induction and my baby was born 6lb11oz- so average size 🙄🙄🙄🙄 and the US were predicting she would be under 5 lbs at both doctors offices.

I was diagnosed at my anatomy scan. Had another scan at 24w, 28w ,32w, 33w 34w and 35w. On my last scan at 35 weeks i showed signs of heavy placenta calcification. I have a scan at 36w for bloodflow then being induced at 37w. 
She has asymmetrical IUGR so her head and legs are much bigger than her belly. So overall shes still at 11% for weight. I hate the thought of being induced
