Need advice!

So yesterday I went to the hospital because I've been sick and was told I have bronchitis and a threatened miscarriage... Which basically mean I need to slow down and try to be on bed rest as much as possible is what they told me. So here I am at 7w 3d and freaking out because I have 2 other kids and I'm a SAHM. My husband is great when he's home and helps but he works most of the day. Have any of you other ladies experienced this? what did you do?
