How to initiate??

Okay girlies, I really need help! I’ve been with my mans for three years! I am terrible at initiating sex! I always get shy and anxious. How do I initiate sex without feeling this way? What are some ways I can initiate sex as well?? We were talking about it over the weekend with friends and it made me feel really bad. Since I got on BC my sex drive has gone down and I really have to put effort into sex because the drive is so low now:( it makes me feel horrible. We used to have sex 2-3 times a day. Now I’m lucky if we have sex twice a week. Our schedules also play a factor into this as well but really I just want to be able to initiate sex so he feels wanted as well. I love him so much! Please help.
