Pooping Pains While on Period

Hey all, as my period arrives it usually brings along either constipation or the opposite. This is one of those opposite days.

On those constipation times I’d have extreme bowl movement pains and I thought it was the constipation itself, but now that it’s the opposite I feel the pain is much MUCH worse. I fear even going to the bathroom because I feel such sharp pains in my anus and sometimes in my uterus as well. Does anybody else have this problem? It’s starting to really scare me.
