Prenatal and Hypothyroidism
Does anyone have any recommendations on prenatal vitamins WITHOUT biotin ?
Every time I go to any store that sells prenatals there is biotin in it. I did find one that’s a gummy but I feel like it doesn’t have as much as other vitamins..
I am on thyroid medication and was told by my doctor that biotin can skew blood test results.
