Vitex and regular cycle ?
Since my miscarriage I’ve been getting a lot of cramping between periods. Considering taking Vitex to see if it will help make it easy to conceive. Maybe my hormones are imbalance. Has anyone taken this with a regular cycle and when do you start it, would it be on cycle day 1 or once you get a positive opk?
