Pregnant and not know it?

Has anyone ever been pregnant and not know it? To start my period my whole life was spot on and heavy it usually last 5-7 days, since about September it's been late but it comes up until December and it was light and only lasted like 2 or 3 days. January comes and I missed my period all together now I've taken 20 or more test and they're negative BUT I was bent over cleaning the floor just now and got a pain in my ribs so I stood up and something definitely kicked me 😳 could I be crazy or could I be pregnant or both 😂😂. I have 3 children so I know what it feels like but I am just lost. I have an appointment for Friday!
