Please help??Is something wrong???

Hi beautiful ladies I found out I was pregnant a week ago and it’s my partner and my first time. Yester I had very light pink spotting which came and went. Today I had a nap and woke up and it was brown spotting which was a bit more than yesterday. I’m very scared and anxious. I went to a&e and the only thing the stupid woman told me is I’m miscarrying. I rejected it straight away. I don’t have any cramping and the spotting is not heavy at all it’s just very very light but it’s still there. Is she right or is this normal?. Please help!!
