Possible to give yourself uti by holding in pee?
Last night I kept having to pee over and over. I held it in once for a really long time like 3 hours. Got up and peed a ton. Then started having pressure / urge to pee sooo much. Sometimes a little comes out sometimes a lot. But the pressure has not gone away.
I’ve had utis before and they were more pain than pressure but just wondering what this could be. It’s annoying
