When to test again?

I am currently on day 37 of my cycle with no sign of AF which is a little unusual. Usually around 27-32 days. I tested on day 33 (Saturday) and BFN on a Boots own brand digital test.

According to this app, I am 5 days late but I haven’t been adding any other info.

I don’t know when I ovulated as I did not use OPKs this month or chart any other symptoms as I wanted to us both to relax as due to start IVF next month as have been trying for around 3 years.

I have had one 38 day cycle before but this about a year ago I had had a negative test on day 33 too. I also tested negative on day 33 in April but tested again a week after and I was pregnant but sadly miscarried in June at 11 weeks. 😢

We did BD a bit more than normal this month because I think we felt a bit less pressure than normal and not intentionally around ovulation as I wasn’t tracking anything.

I can’t decide when to test again as I’m worried to do it again too soon and get another BFN but probably equally scared to get a BFP 🙄!
