Every god damn time..HELP

My sex drive is really low. I’m 23 and my boyfriend and I have sex maybe 1 or 2 a month. Which doesn’t bother me or him BUT sometimes it’ll just fucking hit me. I’ll be so god damn horny it feels like I’ve been horny for 12 hours and I can’t help but masturbate. But everytime I do I’m never in the mood afterwards to have sex and it sucks but it’s literally like I get so horny I can’t wait another second and he’s never around for it and I just can’t hold out.... HELP
