Hurt😢

I’m so hurt right now. I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year. This last month I found out that both my tubes were blocked. I did the dye test and that’s how I found out. Then a few weeks after the test I never got my period. Just to be sure , not that I was expecting anything I took a pregnancy test. I was shocked and excited !!! It was positive. I went in for an ultrasound just to be sure and at that moment. I felt my heartbreak 💔. To find out that this is an ectopic pregnancy. All I can think was what did I do to deserve this. I feel so hurt and can’t talk to anyone about what I’m going through.
