When did your supply regulate?

My boobs let down every time I even take off my shirt to get dressed, if I hear my baby cry, I get engorged and uncomfortable after like 2 hours of baby not eating and it’s just getting old lol just wondering when it will get less annoying.

I stopped leaking within the first month because I haven't needed pads since I came back to work. 
My supply has fluctuated all over the place though and I'm at 7 months now. Part of my problem though is that my schedule on pumping isn't exact every day because of work and probably what or how often I eat/drink...

It’s hard to remember now but I think I evened out and stopped leaking so much around 8ish weeks? I know I stopped wearing breast pads around when I went back to work at 12 weeks so it must have been before then. It’s funny how much of those beginning weeks is a blur now and my lo is only 7 months old! So I guess there’s something in that, this too will pass and a couple months down the line you probably won’t even be able to remember the specifics of your leaky boob 🤣 Good luck Momma, get some nursing pads to stick in your bra if you don’t already have them! They were a lifesaver for me!
