IUD removal ttc

So on 1/31 I got my IUD out and had a super heavy period a day after that lasted a few days. I've had numerous sessions with my husband and show to be in my fertile window. However I have no idea what it actually is due to IUD being removed and I will likely not be regular. However I have started to get naseous, fatigued and headaches. Is it likely I would ovulate so soon after IUD removal? I don't think I'm pregnant because it is so soon but also weird symptoms to have all at once out of the blue. Anyone have any experience conceiving quickly after IUD removal?
