Very TMI - bloody stool

This is so TMI. No doctor seems to believe me. This photo is nothing compared to how it truly is. I mean when I wipe it’s straight blood. And all I get is that it’s internal hemorrhoids.

Most of the time I have no pain. And usually it only happens after certain medications like ibuprofen or something. And once a few months. This has been happening every day now for a week. With the WORST cramps to start it off.

Other than hemorrhoids which I know I have, I’ve had so many colonoscopies.. anything else y’all can think of or have been through that maybe I can bring up to them? Like I said this photo don’t do it justice. My family didn’t believe me until I had to show them my stools and everyone literally rushed me to the ER and of course just hemorrhoids.

I have a doctors appointment scheduled for Monday.
