Sperm count question

I have been off of birth control since September of last year and my husband and I haven’t been trying but we also haven’t protected ourselves. We said that if we get pregnant it’s meant to be. But I’m looking into getting his sperm checked because I don’t want to continue this trying not trying thing and never become pregnant. So if you DON’T have health insurance how much did you have to pay to get your sperm count checked at a doctors office? And what kind of doctor do I even call for this kind of thing?
