Soo idk need help

Any remedies to take away itchy skin on 11 month old an 2 yr olds my daughters been having this for I’ll say a few days. I’ve tried using dove to see if it would work or eucerin baby wash. & idk don’t see any results of going away. Maybe do I need hydrocortisone cream? Appointments next week.
