What happened?

I just got extremely dizzy and short of breath and very sweaty for no reason. Wonder why. Almost passed out.
Edit: this never happened before pre pregnancy

Fainting can happen during pregnancy. It due to all the extra blood we are pumping through our bodies and some other factors.

Happened to me a lot my 3rd trimester. Hormones and blood volume are to blame.

Are you hydrated? Have you eaten? Sounds like either low blood sugar, dehydration or low blood pressure
