Bleeding bowel movement ?!

So after a Bowel movement, I wipe and have blood! It’s ONLY when I have a bowe movement, its been happening for 2 days. I don’t feel any pain at all. I am 13 weeks. We saw baby at 12 weeks active as ever.

I did/do have a Subchorionic Hemorrhage. Which I was told was completely gone when I went to my 12weeks ultrasound. So I’m wondering if the Tech was wrong ? Or what’s going on?? Has anyone experienced this? I don’t feel any itching or anything just the bleed while using the restroom.

Obviously I am calling my OB to discuss this, I have an appointment. But wondering if anyone has any similar experience.
