3 hour glucose fail?? I’m so upset right now. The lab just posted my results on the chart for the glucose test. I’m pretty sure I failed according to the numbers. My doctors is closed but I’m sure she will call me tomorrow about it. Anyone have similar?

Try not to worry. I was borderline like this but I am and have always been insulin resistant so I wasn’t surprised. They just asked me to watch my diet and I got a second scan around 30ish weeks to check on the baby which was actually kind of nice because at our offices, you usually only get one scan for anatomy around 19 weeks. The baby was so squished in there you don’t see much at that point but it was reassuring haha

Is this your second glucose test ? I had a 1 hour that I failed so I did a three hour test and I only failed one of them so they had me change my diet and come back for another 1 hour which I still failed by a few points and was diagnosed with GD .

Do they allow you to take it again or was this the final try before getting diagnosed with Gestational diabetes?

Honestly you’re not that far off, maybe they won’t jump right to a diagnosis
