Swaddling?

So baby girl is 12 weeks old! And she is still swaddled but hasn’t showed signs of rolling, she does 10+ hours a night, she is also still next to us in her bassinet! 
I’m wondering what’s gonna be the best way to transition to either something else or out if it completely? And is she able to sleep in the bassinet once she’s out of the swaddle?

I just transitioned my little one. He’s 14 weeks. I started with one arm first. I switched arms nightly then I just ripped the bandaid off and just put him in a sleeper outfit. He did great! He’s in a bassinet.

I’m trying to transition mine. I tried zippady zip and I don’t like it. Tried merlins magic suit for one night and baby slept badly. I will probably try it again. Tonight I’m doing wearable nested bean blanket

So we just did this with my 14 week old. At 11 weeks he wasn’t showing signs of rolling but multiple times a night was breaking out of the swaddle. So we tried ones that allowed his hands up by his face and he hated them, we tried doing one arm out at a time and it was too much for him. Our last ditch effort was trying the zipadee zip and first night using it he put himself to sleep in 10 min (which he hadn’t done since in the swaddle). He was still in our bassinet but we noticed that he was thrashing around more and more. So after 5 nights of the zipadee zip we moved him into his crib and we are on night 3 of that and he’s doing fantastic. I think a part is he’s very familiar with it because since 8 weeks old we’ve been doing naps in the crib. There is no right or wrong way you know your baby best. It’s a lot of trial and error to see what works. You can keep your baby in the bassinet unswaddled. We just switched because he clearly needed more room. Hope this helps!
