My fibroids

Hi, Ladies I just want to know if anyone has had the same experience. I started bleeding a little after my cycle went off and then I found out I was pregnant and in the same day I found out I was having a miscarriage which was crazy because I had just found out I was preggo! Well anyways when I got my trasvaginal ultrasound done they found out I have uterine fibroids. Well I had been bleeding for a little over a month so my doctor decided to do a D&C which I jus had this Monday procedure went well by the way, but my question is if anyone has every had a successful pregnancy while suffering from uterine fibroids or shall I get them removed I'd really hate to go through another procedure but idk what I should do?
