Severe shoulder pain

Someone...anyone...please I will try any suggestions until my appointment on Tuesday. This has been going on for months. My shoulder pain is 10+. If I reach for something I get a shooting pain from my shoulder to my fingers. It has been bringing tears to my eyes. There is no way I can hold my arm where it doesn't hurt. At night I try to sleep on my back with my arm on a pillow, but I cannot lay long with my neck/spine on a pillow and I roll over. Again on my stomach my arm is resting on a pillow. In the morning its numb so I take the pillow away and it gets worse. Sometimes I can feel my shoulder pop when I move it. Heat does nothing. Ice does nothing. I have tried advil, alieve, tylenol, and excedrin tension. I cannot have aspirin. I forgot I have gotten a massage and have gone 2 the crackopractor for about 2 months.
