with my twins. i know twins can come early so i’ve been watching for signs of labor. at my last doctors apt i was 3, almost 4cm dilated. i went to the hospital the other night to be monitored because i was having uncontrollable shaking and when i called they told me to come get checked out. there, i was still only almost 4cm. they said i was 80% thinned and baby a was stationed at -1. i’ve been having an increase in discharge the past week or so. i haven’t noticed any contractions really. all night long my back was hurting so bad i could barely get comfortable. i just got up to go to the bathroom and my whole entire mucus plug was in the toilet. does it grow back this late in pregnancy or should i start watching for contractions?
