Belly break outs ???

Okay so this is my third pregnancy and I'm currently 11 weeks and 5 days . I recently started breaking out on my belly and around my bellybutton . Seems like a rash , kinda as if it were poison ivy or poison oak but cle as rly it isn't cause I haven't been po outside or the woods to even get it . Anyone else experience this, I never had it with my other two.

Ok so this is my 4th pregnancy and I never had it with my other pregnancies.  I started around 6wks itching on my lower belly and then it started spreading to my legs it started as poison oak looking rash but definitely wasnt. My dr called me in steroid cream told me to try cortisone cream, benadryl, oatmeal bath non of which worked. I'm now 15wks and its still there and spreading more it's so itchy I dont know what else to do I have an appt with the dermatologist march 10th hoping they can figure something out cuz I'm so tired of itching. I hope this isnt your case but that's exactly how mine started out
