Please help post partum question

Im almost 2 weeks post partum and it hurts so bad to pee. Its like I have a shocking pain as soon as I stop peeing and it feels like everything instantly swells but it isnt swollen. I cant even sit on the toilet because it makes it worse. I have to hover. It has gotten worse since Ive been home. My vagina feels fine. All the pain is in my urethra. Is this normal? If so how long can I expect this to last? I messaged my OB but she wont be back in until Tuesday. Tylenol, ibuprofen, pad ice packs, and tucks pads are zero help. I am so uncomfortable and its the only thing that hurts. Im hardly even bleeding at all for the last 5ish days unless I walk too much while carrying baby in her carrier.
