Period

For the first time my period have lasted more than 6 day and is still going. I just bleed slight drop of light red blood one time a day and that it for this entire cycle and it has not stop. I’m worry. Anyone knows what this is??? Has it happen to you??? I don’t remember if I had sex this month or not. But if I don’t remember then I didn’t have it. So I haven’t had sex since December. And I had my period regular last month. I have no cramps or bloating like usually is.
