Mucus plug?

So I went to use the restroom in the morning and noticed this on my undies. I googled mucus plug and I saw many photos with similar things. It was like a glob and thick. After about an hour after I’ve been having back pain and contractions all day. Baby is moving but not as much as normal I would say because lately she’s been jabbing me and moving hard. The contractions I honestly can’t time because I’ve always had back labor and never counted contractions. The back pain is getting stronger. I was told Tuesday that Im 2cm dilated. When I walk I have pain soreness and throbbing down there. Should I go to L&D? I will be 35 weeks tomorrow
