I’ve been trying to get a simple ICD 10 code to get my labs drawn for the past 2 days..

My obgyn’s staff filled out the paperwork incorrect and ive been back and forth with the lab and office all day today and yesterday.

For 1 simple code. The staff is completely rude and seems like my tiny problem is a huge inconvenience! It’s like pulling teeth!So frustrating when you can’t do anything and no one will help you!! 😤😤

I like my doctor but his staff is something else! Anyone else in the same boat?
