Should I be worried??

Sorry I keep getting comments saying go get checked out and I meant to update everyone and forgot. I did go to the hospital and they put the monitor on her and at first they couldn’t find a heart beat but after alittle bit they finally did and she has a strong heart beat and was kicking and moving like crazy! So she’s perfect and just wanted to give mommy and daddy a scare! She’s still not moving as much as I’d like but I have been feeling her so I’m not as worried🤗
My baby girl is usually very active all day long maybe 2-3 hours she’s quit and won’t move but I haven’t felt her since 6pm yesterday. That’s 14 hours and I’m 27+4 weeks. I’m really starting to worry

I ate a cookie and drank some orange juice and laid down, it’s been almost 20 mins and still nothing

I personally would call and get checked out. You know your baby’s movement habits better than anyone.

I was told to try drinking a cold, sugary drink and then lay on my side to see if helped.
If nothing then call your hospital for reduced movement and get checked. I've gone in twice already, and they don't count anything as time wasting. 
They always stressed that any changes that aren't normal to what we know, rather be safe and get checked xx

Could you get a Doppler?? I have one & that helps to hear his heartbeat when I’m feeling insecure about movement!

Don’t stress yourself out but I would just call your doctor or head to the emergency room, just to check and for peace of mind

I usually have to eat a popsicle/ice cream and lay down when I feel like baby’s been too still. I can usually get her to move if I lay on my belly. Never hurts to call your dr and get a second opinion
