Feeling poking near cervix

I feel poking near my cervix. It's such a strange feeling. I'm about 21 weeks. Is it normal to be feeling my baby kick that low? I don't feel anything anywhere else. Last time I had a ultrasound she was kicking me on the ultrasound and I didn't feel anything when it was happening. This is my first baby so this so new to me.
