Am I pregnant?

I have watery, white, clear vaginal discharge. It’s not itching, burning, etc. i’ve had on and off cramps too and sometimes it feels like a weight is sitting on my uterus. I’ve felt nauseous lately like I’m going to throw up, but haven’t. I’ve been peeing more often, my lower back hurts, and overall my body has just felt different ever since I had sex. I can’t really explain it. he did push inside of me and came twice. If I am pregnant, I’m not that far along. February 9th will mark 2 weeks since it happened.
