Baby girl suddenly not latching!

My daughter turned 3 months yesterday, she’s been exclusively breastfed since birth (she’s had expressed milk in a bottle twice).

For some feeds she’s now gotten so worked up she won’t latch, just putting her into the nursing position sets her off and she gets so distressed she won’t feed. Has this happened to anyone else?!

She’s very clearly hungry so on a couple of occasions I’ve resorted to expressing and giving it to her in a bottle, which she’s gone for.

It’s very hit and miss, sometimes she will feed and others she won’t. I’ve tried soothing her with a dummy for a few mins and then putting her on me (that does sometimes work).

Any help would be great - hoping it’s just a phase.
