So my dog still isn’t really adjusted to the baby 😞 she didn’t really pay him much attention before and would let him pet her a little but now that he’s crawling she seems less ok with him. Of course she’s more than happy to accept food from him when he’s eating but if he crawls over and touches her foot or something she jumps up and runs away. She hasn’t snapped at him but she has barked and once snarled so now I worried I need to get rid of her. Not really sure what the options are as babies safety obviously comes before the dog. No questions asked. Has anyone dealt with this? Did their dog come around? She’s generally a pretty good dog but she is kinda old (almost 11).
