Thoughts? Anyone care to help 😞.

So any opinions? Me and my hubby are not actively trying (not tracking anything) but we aren’t preventing either just letting it happen when it happens . According to glow I am 5dpo today . Since 2dpo my breast have been sore and nipples have also been very sensitive I’m sure its the hormones . Yesterday I had a slight back pain and now today I had a little nauseous feeling at work in the food court and I had to literally leave the food court .As well as having af feeling all day (heavyness in my uterus like af is coming , twinges as well in my right ovary) . Has anyone experience this and got a bfp?

I can say from my past cycles I normally don’t ever get sore boobs till 4/5 days till af , not this early and this feeling like my period is gonna start is just making me very sad and irritating as well .
