Sharp pain in foot / liquid nitrogen treatment

I’m 29 weeks pregnant & at my last prenatal visit I showed my doctor this bump that I had on the bottom of my foot that was causing me a lot of pain when I walked. He decided it was a planters wart, which I’ve never had so I thought he must be right🤷🏼‍♀️ he got the nurse to shave/scrap some of the skin off the bump & then apply liquid nitrogen to it. Well ever since then, the pain has only gotten MUCH worse, I can barely put any pressure on the foot & it really hurts! This is what it looks like now? I’m sorry for the foot photo 😓😓

Any ideas what’s going on with this?
