Dilating... maybe ?
I’m 38 wks pregnant. When walking I get a sharp pain down there that last a few seconds, literally breath taking. I’ve been running around a lot today getting last minute things done and they seem to come quite frequently. My last appointment I was 3cm and 75% effaced.
