Wokeup super scared?

Hi everyone so lastnite i had fell asleep with my baby was really tired.even forgot to turn off the tv. But out of nowhere i wokeup freaking out my left hand was hot nd numb! Nd my heart was racing badly! Didnt go what was goin on.

Guess maybe i was having a nitemare or my hand went numb and woke me up??

I have anxiety at times,so i was freakin out that it was a heart attack lol

Called my mom she called me down i lay on my left side due to my baby sleeping with me.my hands to tend to get numb at times but this time it was different.

Hope im ok

Anyone else gone thru this?
