What is this

Okay so this past couple days I've been getting little random bumps everywhere, they look like baby mosquito bites and they itch like a mf but they go away then come back. They come usually in threes and just in Random places. I have them on my arms, thighs, legs, neck, back. No they're not hives nor chicken pocks. But if you have any idea please let me know☹ my mom said it might be nerves due to ALOT of stress
