Concerned!!!!Help!!

I know this might be TMI but I need help!!!
So i had my period on the 8-13 and yesterday I started spotting again tbh I am a little scared because I had this happened to me before I was having a miscarriage without knowing and I am kind a scared of going to the doctor and finding out that I am expecting 🙈🙈🙊 i have a 16 month old baby!!
