I'm planning on getting a tattoo to cover up the scars on my forearm. I'm not getting it done because I'm embarrassed or ashamed of my scars but because I dont want to be reminded of the reason why I put them there.

Honestly, I like the first one best. But my best advice to you (as someone who has had a cover up piece done) is find an artist. Talk to them. Pitch ideas. Find something personal to you if you can. See if they can design something.
I can't speak for all of them, but most artists I know don't like tattooing someone else's tattoo on people. Show them the designs you like, and see if they can design something similar for you.

When I’ve picked my tattoos, I’ve always gone with something that has an actual meaning behind it. Not that the reasoning for your tattoo doesn’t have meaning, but the actual tattoo itself. I have an elephant on my chest, and if I remember correctly one of the things they represent is strength.
