Aunt flow

So my af has been MIA I have hypothyroidism I have not missed a period since I been diagnosed almost two years ago I just want my aunt flow to come I have took a pregnancy test and it was negative I'm nervous I'm levels may be off which I really don't feel any of the symptoms I felt before was diagnosed and I know if I stress out about its going to make it worse and the next I see my doctor isn't tell late January to get a refill for my prescription I'm freaking out :(
