Herpes LONG post please help

So I was tested with an hsv panel.

Hsv1 antibody : positive

Hsv2 antibody: positive

Igm hsv1/2 : positive

Never had any outbreaks or symptoms. I told my recent sex partners (2 guys) one stated his test results said he was exposed to it but doesn’t have it and the other guy is a liar but told me he tested negative. Someone isn’t telling me something. I’ve only been with 3 guys and idk who to turn to. I called to ask questions at the place I was tested to see if maybe it was a mistake or, have I just been exposed and not have it, or is this a 100% diagnosis like you have it and it’s there forever? Basically all I got was “it says you have herpes I don’t know your sex history so I don’t know where it came from if you feel like the test is a false positive come back and retest” and I was kind of in shock and said okay and she hung up. The only thing I know about herpes is what I’ve got from google. I just recently got the breakdown of my test results almost a month after they gave me the you’re positive call. Can you guys help in anyway? Should I be tested aging? Can someone exposed to herpes expose someone else and they still not have it? I was cheated on in both relationships and I just don’t know anything...
