Anyone else getting treated like this?

I’m not one to look into stupid things that can be brushed off, but I’m seriously perplexed.

This weekend my husband and I were taking a walk in the mall. Just walking, not shopping. It was cold out, I wanted exercise, and we were waiting for our dog to get out of the groomers. For an hour, we had people literally leaving stores or walking towards us b-line towards us seemingly to bump into me! I figured it was just people trying to go around or not paying attention, but I was bumped into at least 10 times in an hour in a failing mall. My husband eventually put his arm around me so I’d be a little more protected. They weren’t shoving me or anything, just getting close enough to bump me.

Is this some weird thing I’ve never heard of? I’m visibly pregnant, wasn’t wearing anything that could possibly put anyone off, didn’t have a purse (I was thinking pick-pockets), and was talking about work. What the heck was that about? Anyone else have this happen? Why?
